At Houseofdiamondsuk customer satisfaction is our first goal. We stand behind the quality 100%. Our hair extensions comes from Southeast Asia. From this origin you can expect your hair to be extremely full, soft, coarse and/or very silky. This hair is hand made and full from ROOT to TIP.

Hair from this origin create bomb hair styles. You can get the most Bouncy Curls as well as the Silky Straight hair look. With our Silky Straight hair all of our hairs are (Taper Cut). This gives a really nice sharp look that we desire for our customers to have. Our hairs can last up to 5 years or more if you're taking care of it as your own. We sell pure raw hair so all hairs will not always be the same.. Our bundles of hair comes from one donor each bundle. Some textures may be more coarse, sleek, looser curls, etc. It is Human Hair. There will also be steamed processed bundles such as a curly pattern, this hair is still pure and authentic. We are bringing more unique styles/textures to our dolls using our Human Natural hair extensions. No chemicals!

We supply nothing but authentic hair and it comes in natural shades (Off black, Natural dark brown). If you choose to color(dye) the hair, it lifts to the highest 613, it takes and holds permanent, semi-permanent beautifully. We suggest to get it done professionally for amazing look and care.


SALES/DISCOUNT CODES/COUPONS
Many codes, discounts will be issued but the code can only be used on regularly priced items. You cannot apply any discount codes/coupons to the sale items.

BUYING PRODUCTS
Any order over £600.00 will require the customer to submit a ID issued Photo ID or Valid license. Email will be sent out after order is made. If doesn't receive in 48 hours the order will be cancelled.

ORDER PROCESSING
We do not operate on weekends. Any orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed first thing the following Monday, unless it's a holiday. Once order is made it takes 2 business days to process. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
NO RETURNS/REFUND
EXCHANGES: No, Sale is final! Please make sure you’re purchasing the look you want!

PRE-ORDERING PROCESS
This company is online only.
The shipping process will only take 3-7 business days. Our HOUSEOFDIAMONDS hairs are hand made as orders are put in. We ensure our hair quality is beyond, so we take our time because we want each customer to be happy and satisfied.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
There is a possible custom fee that will be required by your postal service upon delivery/receipt of package. Luxury Beauty doesn't have control over the fees required outside of regular shipping fees. Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges. We try our best to help by putting a low Custom Fee. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED, ABANDONED, OR DISPOSED PACKAGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
