NO RETURNS/REFUND
If we have to refund for any reason there will be a full payment refund minus the tax fees.


EXCHANGES: Yes. We accept exchanges. The product must be in original packaging, unworn and have not been unraveled. Shipping will have to be paid twice (sending your product back & paying for the exchange product to be shipped to you.)

 

7 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE Ship your product(s) back and provide us with tracking. Luxury Beauty is not responsible for lost packages. You may contact us by email us.

Once the product you sent back have been received and inspected, the exchange product will be shipped out. If there is a difference that need to be paid or released back you'll be notified through email before package is shipped.
